These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quizion mobile application (the "App") developed by Exoliss Games ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at exolissgames@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App includes a virtual currency called "Coins." Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are not transferable between accounts. Coins can be:
All coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies. Coins may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.
All purchases are processed by Google Play. By making a purchase, you agree to Google Play's Terms of Service. We do not store your payment information. Pricing is displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the App, you consent to the display of advertisements. You can watch rewarded ads to receive in-game benefits (such as a free topic preview). We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination without refund of any unused Coins.
All content in the App — including graphics, quiz questions, UI design, and code — is owned by or licensed to Exoliss Games. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as your display name), but grant us a licence to use it within the App.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. Upon deletion, your profile, match history, and remaining Coins will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for any loss of Coins or progress resulting from technical issues, provided we act in good faith to resolve them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exoliss Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Exoliss Games operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
